Established by Alex Hutchinson BSc MRICS, a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Swiss branch). His career commenced in 1980 at Cushman Wakefield in London and positions followed at commercial property agents and development companies in London.

He established and wholly owned Northern Land Holdings in 1992, a commercial and residential property development and investment company (track record available upon request).
UK projects were finished in 2006 and his business activities are now centred in Switzerland. Alex Hutchinson has been a Swiss resident since 2002, and holds a Swiss residency permit C.
